To expedite your security screening process, please observe the following global aviation standards:
Electronics
Remove laptops and large tablets from bags and place them in a separate bin.
Liquids (LAGs)
Liquids must be in containers of 100ml or less, packed in a single clear, resealable plastic bag.
Outerwear & Belts
Remove jackets, coats, thick sweaters, and metal belts before walking through the detector.

What happens if my baggage exceeds the allowed weight?
Excess baggage charges will apply per kilogram over the limit. Acceptance of excess baggage is at the sole discretion of Freedom Airlines staff and is subject to space availability in the aircraft hold.
Are my tickets refundable?
Under our standard policy, tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances. No cash refunds are provided. However, date and flight changes are permitted up to 4 hours before departure subject to a USD 40 flat fee plus any fare difference.
What are the COVID-19 travel requirements?
As per the latest directives from the Ministry of Health, all specific COVID-19 documentation requirements have been lifted for domestic travel. For international travel, please consult the specific destination's embassy for up-to-date health guidelines.
